    As mentioned in an earlier post, fitness is a key differentiator on the field. The Sharks have been putting in a lot of work in the off-season with their ‘Shark Fit‘ training sessions – and with the help of former Tomahawk Ben Kelly, they have taken it to a new level.

    Many of the Sharks that were listed as being in the player pool for the upcoming match against Ireland (Donnybrook Cup) were issued a training program to help them prepare for the various training camps. This program intensifies the already grueling work that they have been putting in, and completely shifts their mindset in the right direction – FITNESS. This is not only the expectation of those who are looking to represent our country, but for anyone who is looking to compete in the AMNRL.
